"So why the website, Kevin?” you may ask. Why not utilize the many social media platforms out there to share my information. Well with so many social media platforms out there the challenge for me is, how do I decide which one to use or do I use several? As a website consultant, advising on social media it is however important that I walk the talk and utilize the opportunities and benefits these services have to offer. But I am so tired of being bombarded by emails from networking sites telling me that someone wants to be my friend or business contact or that Sally just uploaded a photo of her new kitten that she got from the shelter.

So rather than putting all my data on someone else's website, I post all my data here and use the social networks to link to- and share it. Now I am not locked into any networks or data formats and can commit myself to concentrating my efforts in one place.
